Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date our merchandise is delivered to your address. This period gives you time to consider your purchase; to be pleased it is what you ordered. Follow the How to Prepare Return below and read the Return Terms and Conditions for a full refund, less shipping charge.

Return Process

The Return Form and Instructions is printed on your Billing.

You will e-mail 'returns@Silverboot.com, to receive a Return #. This will identify your exchange.

You will enter your Billing # and returning items, and we will email back the Return # to ensure correct processing.

Write the Return # on the Return Form and Instructions sticker found at the bottom of your Billing.

Mail to us the returned items with return label attached on the box and Return # written on outside of the package.

After we accept your returned item, your refund will be processed by us immediately.

Your returned item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used in the original purchase. We will confirm the refund via email.

Return Terms and Conditions

Returns are costly in both time and shipping costs.

You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.

You must contact Silverboot for a Return # in 7 days from the date our merchandise is delivered to your address to be accepted.

Merchandise must be in its original condition to be accepted - no damage, sign of wear, engraving, alteration or resizing

Returns cannot be in envelopes or padded envelopes to be accepted due to potential for crushing during transit. Reuse the delivery box.

Returns must be properly packaged in a box with the Return # written on outside to be accepted.

Packages must be received by Silverboot in 14 days from the date our merchandise is delivered to your address to be accepted.

For example, if the jewelry is delivered to you on Monday, the return package must be dated and by the following Monday, 7 days after the delivery date. And the returned package must be receive by SilverBoot the following Monday, 14 days after the delivery date.

How to Prepare Return

Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a silver certificate or hallmark tag, and that certificate or tag is not returned, you will be liable for the $50 replacement cost.

A $6.50 shipping fee will be applied to all returned orders originally shipped out via our "free shipping" option.

For security reasons, do not write SB anywhere on the outside of the box.

You can ship it via any carrier. We strongly advise that you request a return receipt for confirmation that your package was delivered.

Missing item or Damaged shipment

If there is a missing item or your package has been damaged please call us at 123-456-7890 immediately. All packages are precisely weighed when they are shipped. Missing items may indicate package pilferage that needs to be investigated by the shipper and insurer. UPS and the Postal Service want us to report these occurrences.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled the same as Returns, and then purchasing new items.

Follow the Return Policy, Return Process, Return Terms and Conditions, and How to Prepare Return.

You will e-mail 'returns@Silverboot.com, to send us your Billing #, and list returns and exchanges, and we will send you a Return #.

Mail it to us and we send you the new items after we have accepted your return, and process it immediately.

We will charge you for shipping on this transaction check the Return Form for how you want it shipped.

You must pay the balance due on your exchange; check the Return Form for the method of payment

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
